ORDER

Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.10 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Pleading innocence on the part of the petitioners, false implication in the case, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks indulgence of this Court. He would submit that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court.

3. The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners assaulted the defacto complainant with a beer bottle on his eye, resulting in a nerve injury and the loss of his sight.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
