Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to permit the petitioner to carry on stone quarry operation and transport the stones from the leasehold area S.F.No.280/13A (Block-12) in Thuraimangalam Village, Perambalur Taluk admeasuring 1.00.0 Hectare, for the balance period of 5 years as virgin area pursuant to the amended Rule 8(8) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959 on payment of lease amount.
