Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry and to initiate proceedings against the 8th respondent and further to direct the 8th respondent to return the original certificates submitted by the petitioners at the time of admission to the B.Sc. and Diploma Courses as mentioned in Annexure 1 enclosed herewith and to return the fees and other amounts collected under various heads as mentioned in Annexure II enclosed herewith, with interest to the petitioners and further direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to initiate criminal prosecution against the 8th respondent. This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry and to initiate proceedings against the 8th respondent and further to direct the 8th respondent to return the original certificates submitted by the petitioners at the time of admission to the B.Sc. and Diploma Courses as mentioned in Annexure 1 enclosed herewith and to return the fees and other amounts collected under various 3/6

heads as mentioned in Annexure II enclosed herewith, with interest to the petitioners and further direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to initiate criminal prosecution against the 8th respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the 8th respondent submitted that, already the 8th respondent returned original certificates of the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
