C.M.P.No.4514 of 2020 in C.M.A.Sr.No.10947 of 2020 R.SUBBIAH, J and R.PONGIAPPAN, J This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 621 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard. Though notice was served on respondent and his name was printed in the cause list, she has not chosen to appear before this Court either through a pleader or by herself.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 621 days in filing the above appeal, is condoned, subject to petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from today.
