This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.12.2019 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 02.02.2020.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the closure of the complaint.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is closed. The respondent is directed to send the intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
complaint, by registered post within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
