Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to C.R.No.93/Addl.CIT/BR XI/07-08 dated 27.11.2007 on the file of Ist respondent in respect of 144A application in connection with the reopening of assessment of income for the years 2003-2004, 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 in respect of PAN-AVQPS 6197P, and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to complete the assessment and to issue the order.
