with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of Award to the date of actual payment to pay me full wages from the date of Award to the date of reinstatement and from difference in wages and all other benefits the date of Award to the date of superannuation after adjusting the wages, 17B wages already paid and also to pay me earned leave salary from the date of Award to the date of Superannuation, together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to pay all the consequential benefits, based on the award dated 03.02.1997 passed in I.D.No.43 of 1996, on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation 2 / 4

Centre on 09.06.2023 and he produced a copy of the Settlement/Agreement dated 09.06.2023 entered between the parties. 3.Recording the Settlement/Agreement entered between the parties, this Writ Petition stands closed as settled out of the Court. The above Settlement/Agreement dated 09.06.2023 shall form part and parcel of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
