ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of IPC, in Cr.No.10 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3921 of 2021 dated 07.06.2021 in Crime No.10 of 2017. However, the fact remains that the petitioner already filed the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.3286 of 2021 and the same is pending for consideration. However, he has again filed the said anticipatory bail application for obtaining anticipatory bail, which is deliberate and intention to cheat the Court. Hence, this petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) payable to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Service Authority, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Service Authority for taking steps to recover the amount, if it is not paid.
