This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order in Crl.M.P.No.944 of 2022, dated 30.08.2022 passed by the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 15 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned.

The petition is ordered.
