ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to re-classify the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition as Ryot Punjai lands instead of Sarkar Poromboke road.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. The petitioners claim that erroenously, the subject lands have been now classified as Sarkar Poromboke road. The petitioners seek for re-classification of the lands as Ryot Punjai. They have given a representation on 03.11.2025 to the respondents. Even prior to the said representation, proceedings have been initiated by the respondents on the petitioners' request seeking for re-classification of the lands. The same is also confirmed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioners' representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with on the petitioners' representation, dated 03.11.2025 seeking for re-classification of the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition as Ryot Punjai instead of Sarkar Poromboke road, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
