This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering with the right of the sales personnel of the petitioners, who possessing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the valid identity cards, from selling food or tiffin to the passengers aboard the Train in the Railway Stations

Heard Mr.ARL.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.T.Ramkumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that the license period had already expired.
4. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
