ORDER

The order of rejection, rejecting the claim of the petitioner seeking marriage assistance for his daughter under the Government Scheme is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 24.12.2018 seeking marriage assistance through Government Scheme. The Authorities have scrutinised the application submitted by the writ petitioner and found that the petitioner had not enclosed the Income Certificate for the purpose of considering his case. Whereas Income Certificate is mandatory for availing the benefit of Government Scheme.

3. Since the petitioner had not enclosed the Income Certificate, the application was rejected. Therefore, this Court do not find any reason to interfere with the order impugned.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
