ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) None appears for the petitioner. We have heard Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The status report is filed by the Tahsildar. The status report suggests that the allegation of the petitioner that the lands are Panchami (Depressed class) lands is not correct. Regular patta was issued in the name of assignee, viz. Tmt. Sakunthala and the assignee has, thereafter, sold the land to third parties.

3. The matter was called out on 16.08.2023. On the said date, none appeared for the petitioner. Today also, none appears for the petitioner.

4. Considering the status report, the petition does not appear to be genuine.
