This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police herein to issue a non traceable certificate to the petitioner in original document bearing number 621/2020 dated 06.08.2020 based on the C.S.R.No.325/2020 dated 07.09.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had lost his original document bearing Document Number.621 of 2000. Hence, he preferred a complaint on 07.09.2020 before the respondent.
3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to issue a non traceable certificate to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the original documents remains untraceable.
