Apollo Tyres Ltd, situated at B-25, SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre, Sriperumbudur Koil State Highway, Oragadam, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram Dist. 602 105 to produce the following documents, viz. 1. Letter from the first respondent requesting for a loan 2) Letter showing sanction of the Loan 3) Security offered by the first respondent for due re-payment of the loan 4) Mode of disbursement of the loan of Rs.35,00,000/- to the first respondent 5) Extract of the entries made in the Ledger Account reflecting the loans and advances extended to the first respondent - Mr.Bishnudatta Mishra during the financial year 2016-2017,
6) If any direct payment was made to the Hospitals by the Employer, Receipts showing proof of such payments, 7) ESI Coverage extended to the Employer and disbursement of the disablement benefit and medical expenses if any, 8) Copy of the Policy of Medical Insurance extended to the Employees and the benefit extended to the first respondent under the Mediclaim Policy of Insurance and to adduce evidence regarding the same. CMA No. 2817 of 2022 PRAYER To enhance the award passed by Honble Principal Subordinate Judge, Additional Subordinate Judge(FAC) Before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kanchipuram dated 31.03.2022 made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.404 of 2017 within interest and costs and thus render justice. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This application has been filed to issue summons to the Team LeaderHuman Resources at M/s.Apollo Tyres Ltd., to produce certain documents. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to issue summons. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the post of Team Leader-Human Resources is now not available in M/s.Apollo Tyres Ltd. and the summons has to be sent to the Head of Human Resources Department at M/s.Apollo Tyres Ltd.
3.Therefore, Registry is directed to issue summons to the Head of Human Resources Department at M/s.Apollo Tyres Ltd., to produce the documents morefully described in the application, on the next date of hearing, i.e., on 19.02.2026. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. 4.Post the Appeal on 19.02.2026.
