This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Karur and report before the Karur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months and thereafter, report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.31013 of 2022 by order dated 15.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
