Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Respondent in Letter R.C.No.588/2007/B dated 10.04.2008 by the 1st Respondent and quash the same and direct the Respondent to Transfer the Assessment of Urban land Tax in the name of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for verifying the latest position with regard to this case, he sent a letter to the petitioner through RPAD on 03.12.2014. However, the letter was returned with an endorsement 'left'. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reports no instructions.
