The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction, has submitted that, pursuant to the impugned order, where the industrial dispute has been referred to the Labour Court, industrial dispute was raised in I.D.No.242 of 2004 on the file of the Labour Court, Trichy, where the Labour Court, after tried the said I.D., passed an award on 23.03.2016, of course in favour of the petitioner management. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, by recording the same, the learned counsel wants to dispose this matter. 2/4

2.Recording the said developments, as nothing survives in this writ petition to adjudicate further, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
