Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned allotment order of the first respondent issued in G.O.(2D) No.1200, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 29.09.2008 and quash the same and consequently issue a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 29.09.2008 of the writ petitioner. When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the second and third respondents has produce the copy of the Government Order in G.O.M.S.No.6, Housing and Urban Development https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Department, dated 07.01.2011 and submitted that in the allotment which is disputed in the present writ petition has been cancelled.

2. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition and accordingly this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
