This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18432 of in Crl.O.P.No.24142 of 2022 on 06.12.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

However the charge sheet has not yet been filed.

3.Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and the fact that the charge sheet has not yet been filed, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to comply with the condition until filing of the charge sheet.
