There is no representation on the side of the applicant. This application has been filed to appoint an Administrator. On the last hearing date i.e., on 14.08.2023, the learned counsel for the applicant sought time to get instructions as to whether anything survives for adjudication in this application. However, despite the said request having been made by the learned counsel for the applicant, he is absent today. It was also recorded by this Court on 14.08.2023 that the respondent Company has already been wound up pursuant to the orders of this Court and the Official Liquidator is incharge of the properties of the Company under liquidation. The company application is of the year 2015. It can now be inferred that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting this Company Application.
