Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th Respondent to mutate the name of the Petitioner in Town Survey Land Records with respect to the land comprised in T.S.No.1761/34 or 1720/Part, situated in Block 28, Ward 4, Tiruvannamalai Town, bearing Patta No. T.S.172/1978, on the basis of the proceedings of the 4th Respondent in Ma.Pa.No./935/18 dated 08.2018.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th Respondent to mutate the name of the Petitioner in Town Survey Land Records with respect to the land comprised in T.S.No.1761/34 or 1720/Part, situated in Block 28, Ward 4, Tiruvannamalai Town, bearing Patta No. T.S.172/1978, on the basis of the proceedings of the 4th Respondent in Ma.Pa.No./935/18 dated 08.2018.

2.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is scheduled to take place on 12.03.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the fourth respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
