The matter relates to cheating about Rs.1,000/- Crores in a chit fund business. The present Criminal Original Petition is filed for expeditious completion of investigation and file a final report. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that in view of enormous documents and the victims involved in this case, there was delay in completion of investigation. However, now completed the investigation and final report sent for approval of Public Prosecutor. After getting approval, the same will be filed within a period of 45 days.
