The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the order dated 12.04.2022 made in W.P.No.12555 of 2004, inadvertently, an error has occurred at the end of fourth paragraph, wherein, instead of 'Sub Judge, Kancheepuram', it has been mentioned as 'Sub Judge, Kambam' and further submitted that similarly in paragraph nos.8 and 9, instead of 'Section 18 read with 64' it has been mentioned as 'Section 64'. Accordingly, he prayed for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above, the relevant portion of paragraph nos.4, 8 and 9 of the order dated 12.04.2022 made in W.P.No.12555 of 2004, is to be read as "4................................................ before the Sub Judge, Kancheepuram and the learned.............................
