This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in Crime No. not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and thereby he would seek to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

Mr.V.Meghanathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by one Murugammal against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.214/2021 and the enquiry has been closed on 03.01.2022. He would further submit that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner.
4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (crl side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
