The plaintiffs have presented this application for amendment of the plaint insofar as the name of the second defendant is concerned.

2. In the plaint, the name of the second defendant was mentioned as Mrs.Usha Prabhakar Rao. Since the correct name is Usha Kiran, the plaintiffs seek to amend the plaint to reflect the correct name.

3. The defendants pointed out the error and, therefore, raise no objection to this application being allowed.

4. Therefore, this application is allowed as prayed for. The plaintiffs are directed to carry out the amendment in the plaint on or before 24.02.2023 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendants within a week thereafter.
