This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.9411 of 2022 on 25.04.2022 to report before the concerned Magistrate on every Monday at 10.30a.m., and shall attend the trial without fail.

2 .The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
