] The victim girl, who is aged about 7 years was examined as PW2.

2. We have carefully perused the statement of the victim girl and found that the petitioner has not made out any prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence.

3. All other grounds raised are to be adjudicated during the hearing of criminal appeal. Thus, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
