Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents particularly the 3rd and 5th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2020 to rectify the mistake committed in Patta No.73. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Mohammed Aseef For Respondents : Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, GA for RR1 to 5

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents particularly the 3rd and 5th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2020 to rectify the mistake committed in Patta No.73.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 5 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 27.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the second respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 27.05.2021.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
