Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the order of the first respondent made in P.G.A. 38 of 2003 dated 23.03.2004 dismissing the said payment of Gratuity Appeal and confirming the order of the second respondent made in P.G. No. 53 of 2002 dated 16.04.2003 and quash the same and further direct the third respondent to pay to the petitioner a sum of Rs. 24,910.69 ps with interest as per Section 7(3-A) of the payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.
