..Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring the decision that the 8 days wages payable to the workers is to be deducted under the letter of 3rd March, 2004, for the participation of National Strike on 24.02.2004 to be illegal and unsustainable in law and consequently direct the respondent to pay the deducted 8 days wages salary together with such interest.
