This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.123 of 2023 pending on the file of first Respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent had completed the

investigation in Crime No.123 of 2023 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in STC.No.353 of 2024, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam, Namakkal. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the first respondent.
