O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the impugned Award dated 21.09.2007 passed by the 1st respondent in I.D.No.481 of 1997 with a consequential direction to pay back wages to the petitioner, from the date of termination to the date of retirement and also to pay pension under the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Pension Scheme, 1998. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that he has returned all the case papers to the petitioner in the year 2014 itself.

3.Mrs.Rita Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that no fresh vakalat memo has been filed by the petitioner, in the last five years.

4.On a perusal of the records also, it is seen that no one has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner is no longer interested to prosecute the matter.

In view of the above incontrovertible factual position, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
