PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an appropriate order, directions or writ including a Writ of Certiorari or a Writ in the nature of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.8779/92/K2 dated 21.02.2004 and quash the same.

O R D E R

The order under challenge in the present Writ Petition is a recovery order for a sum of Rs.9117.60/-. Today, when the matter was called, Mr.S.K.Bose, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that a sum of Rs.9117.60/- which was earlier recovered, has been returned to the petitioner through a cheque bearing No.385523 dated 19.02.2019 for a sum of Rs.9118/- (Rupees nine thousand one hundred and eighteen only). In view of the same, no fruitful orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition.
