ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16777 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

CRL MP NO. 1687 of 2025 petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16777 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
