This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records which relates to the F.I.R in Crime No.1804 of 2016 registered for the alleged offence under Section 306 (c) of I.P.C on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the accused was already acquitted by the Court below vide order dated 30.08.2019 and the case itself was disposed of.
