RESPONDENTS Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to insist on possession of Sanitary Inspectors Course Certificate in the case of Health Inspectors Grade-1 (B) who have been re-designated as Health Inspector Grade-1 by G.O.Ms.No.382 Health and Family Welfare (N1) Department dated 12.10.2007 for promotion to the post of Block Health Supervisor and refrain from making promotions to the said post without drawing a common seniority list of redesignated Health Inspectors Grade-I and the Health Inspectors Grade-I already working as on the date of the said redesignation.
