The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to disburse the terminal benefits of the petitioner along with interest at the rate of 12% from 30.6.2007.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous since the terminal benefits have already been granted to the petitioner.
