ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.,] The above petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenu, to cause production of his son Manoj, aged 23 years, who is said to be missing, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

It is the case of the petitioner that his son Manoj, aged 23 years, went missing, in connection with which, he lodged a complaint to the respondent police and a petition enquiry in CSR.No.187/2015 is pending and that since the police are not taking appropriate steps in securing the detenu, the present petition is filed.

Today, the detenu Manoj has been secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

his wife/parents of the detenu are also present. On enquiry, the detenu Manoj has stated that he has completed B.Com with Computer Application at Kovai Kalaimagal Arts College and he was earlier working in TCS, wherein he befriended a girl by name Martina and he married her and through the said wedlock he has a son aged about one year and they are now living in Chennai in the following address:- No.158, A Block, Flat G2, Jains Apoorva Flats, Dharga Road, Pallavaram, Chennai-43. Mobile No.9789821932 .

Recording the submission of the detenu that he is married and staying in the above said address and that he is not in the illegal custody of anyone, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
