W.M.P No.5711 of 2019 and W.P.No.12020 of 2018 S.MANIKUMAR, J., AND SUBRAMONIUM PRASAD, J., [Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.] We have considered the lis between the degree holders and diploma holders. Vide orders dated 19.2.2019 in W.M.P. No.5113 of 2018 in W.P. No.33180 of 2018 and in other similar petitions, we have already permitted impleading the degree holders, by observing that degree holders are necessary and proper parties.

2. Following the earlier orders, we allow W.M.P. No.5711 of 2019 in W.P. No.12020 of 2018, filed for impleading the petitioners 1 and 2 in W.M.P. No.5711 of 2019, as respondents 3 and 4 in W.P. No.12020 of 2018.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment wherever required.
