Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the sixth respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.1076/2006/J3 dated 5.6.2006 and quash the same.

O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is challenging the order of rejection issued by the sixth respondent dated 5.6.2006 in respect of the claim of the writ petitioner for Kerosene Dealership.
2. On account of efflux of time, the cause aroused and the grounds raised in the present writ petition deserve no merit consideration. This apart, the period of license is only for three years and the said period also expired long back.
3. Thus, the writ petitioner, if at all eligible and if any notification is issued, he is at liberty to apply afresh in the manner prescribed.
4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar Svn
