ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned memo issued by the third respondent in Ma.Aa.9 Na.Ka.No.A2/4528/2013 dated 02.05.2013 and the consequential proceedings issued by the third respondent in Ma.Aa.9 Na.Ka.No.C2/11727/2018 dated 20.12.2018 issued by the third respondent and to quash the same.

2. This writ petition is filed as against the charge memo issued to the petitioner by the third respondent herein and it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the Disciplinary Proceedings itself is completed and therefore nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Mr. G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though Disciplinary Proceedings has been completed, the order copy of the proceedings has not been communicated to the petitioner. Mrs.Karthikaa Ashok, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents under took to furnish a copy of the Disciplinary Proceedings to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission made by both the learned counsel, as nothing survives in this writ petition, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
