O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the first respondent to issue appropriate direction to ensure the implementation of the Rule of Law in Rural Police Stations and take appropriate disciplinary action against the respondents for not performing their duties mandated in the Criminal Law.

2. Now it is brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner, namely, Mr.R.Karuppan, who appeared in person, had passed away.

3. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner-inperson is no more, no further adjudication need to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
