Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the 1st respondent, quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 03.11.2017 bearing Na.Ka.No.6254/2012 Sa.Pa, Revision Petition No.19 of 2012/Sa.PA. and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to calculate the leave wages and Gratuity payable to the petitioner on the basis that he

attained superannuation on 30.11.2008 by taking into account of the revision of the salary and the notional promotion to the post of General Manager, grant interest on the Provident Fund paid for the period from 30.11.2008 to October 2015 and give all the consequential benefits with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date it became due.
