petitioners petition dated 15.12.2025 submitted to the 1st respondent in their people Grievance Redressal Day and the Application dated 23.12.2025 submitted by the 1st petitioner herein through on-line to the 4th respondent for Full Field Patta Transfer (Not Involving Sub-division). ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to issue joint patta in the name of the petitioners for the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioners' application, dated 23.12.2025.

2. The petitioners have filed supporting documents along with this writ petition and the same has also been filed by the petitioners before the 4th respondent. Since the application of the petitioners, dated 23.12.2025 has not been considered by the 4th respondent till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioners' application seeking for issuance of joint patta in their name for the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' application.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners' application, dated 23.12.2025 seeking for issuance of joint patta in the name of the petitioners for the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
