Mr.Arun Anbumani for Mr.G.Anbumani C O M M O N O R D E R Writ Petitions are filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from taking any action based on the orders of the Panel Judge-III dated 26.12.2003, made in representation Nos.4568 and 3524 of 2003 respectively. 2.The issue involved in both the Writ Petitions are one and the same and hence they are disposed of by this common order. 3.Both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the fourth respondents submitted that two similar persons like petitioner in both the Writ Petitions, Viz., S.Chandrasekaran and P.Loganathan filed W.P.Nos.27830 and 27832 of 2003 challenging the order of suspension. This Court by the order dated 02.01.2013 directed the 4th respondent in both the Writ Petitions to regularize the period of absence of the petitioners by following the Government Orders issued. In view of the same, the 4th respondent in both Writ Petitions passed orders regularizing the period of suspension of the petitioners in both the Writ Petitions.

4.Recording the same, both the Writ Petitions are closed. No costs.
