On 11.01.2022, pursuant to the representation made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent that the learned counsel for the Appellant Page 1/4

on record is no more, Registry was directed to send notice to the Appellant, with a direction to the Registry to list it on 27.09.2022. Subsequently on 27.09.2022, this Court again directed the Registry to serve notice on the sole Appellant and the matter was directed to be listed on 01.11.2022 i.e., today.

2. Even today, there is no representation for the Appellant and the notice sent by the Registry to the Appellant was returned with an endorsement "Door Locked".
