Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should stay at Vridhachalam and should report before the Vridhachalam Town Police Station every day at 10.30.am, imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.20615 of 2020 order dated 23.12.2020 pending investigation in Crime No.409 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kayar Police Station, Kancheepuram District, Now Chengalpattu District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GANESH RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before Virudhachalam Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20615 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20615 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
