Crl.M.P.Nos.1743, 4094 & 4095 of 2025 Crl.M.P.Nos.1743, 4094 & 4095 of 2025 SUNDER MOHAN,J.
These matters are posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Clarification' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
2. Though the petition viz., Crl.M.P.No.1743 of 2025 was filed only by the first accused Dinesh Babu, inadvertently the condition imposed on the second respondent viz., Manigandan, who was not a petitioner was relaxed, as both the accused had filed a common bail application.
3. Hence, it is clarified that the order dated 05.02.2025 in Crl.MP.No.1743 of 2025 pertains only to the first accused viz., Dinesh Babu, which was dismissed as against the first accused.
4. Further, now, subsequently, both the accused viz., Dinesh Babu and Manigandan, have filed modification petitions in Crl.M.P.No.4094 of 2025 and Crl.M.P.No.4095 of 2025 respectively and separate orders are passed in both the cases.
