C.M.P.Nos.6072, 6074 & 6077 of 2019 in C.M.A.Nos.SR.38816, 38819 & 38806 of 2015 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1352 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.7,400/-, Rs.2,450/- and Rs.10,450/- in the above Appeals.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has deposited the entire award amount to the credit of M.C.O.P.Nos.529, 530 & 527 of 2005 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruvallur on 30.01.2019.

3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 1352 days is condoned on payment of a cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) each to the 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street, Parrys, Chennai [Cell No.9840068800/ 9840068889], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
